Making Deposits

To make a deposit you should:

• Click on the menu (at the top left corner of the screen) or on the button “Deposit” at the bottom of the screen;
• Choose payments in the drop-down menu;
• Click on the payment method icon you want to use, (if you use a credit card, you have to fill in your credit card information);
• Click on the amount of your deposit;
• Tick (or don’t) the box: I don’t want to receive a bonus;
• Tap “Deposit”.

Be aware of the fact that every payment method has its own limits. Thus, when you use a credit card the minimum 15 AUD while e-wallets allow you to make a 10 AUD deposit. You will see your money on your account instantly.

Withdrawing Winnings

The payment system is efficient at PlayAmo. They process withdrawal requests withing 12 hours. However, you’d better verify your account as fast as possible after joining to avoid unnecessary delays when cash out. To verify your account, you have to upload identification documents. To withdraw:

However, some payment systems take up to 3 days to process the withdrawal request. And if you use bank transfers, it can take up to 5 working days to receive your money to your bank account.

If you have used a credit or debit card to make a deposit, the amount of withdrawal will be equal or smaller to the one deposited. Playamo reserves the right to transfer the withdrawal back to your credit or debit card. If the amount is more than the deposit made, the amount in excess will be paid out via one of the alternative payment methods. Playamo has the right to check your identity before processing any payouts. In case you provide false Personal Data, the withdrawal will be refused and your account will be terminated and you will be informed by email.
